Refunds – Terms & Conditions

You can cancel an order for a full refund until the order has been accepted by the 247 Medical Equipment LLC. In the event that you need to cancel the order after it has been accepted, please contact us via the chat function on Whatsapp, email or call to cancel the order. 

247 Medical Equipment LLC reserves the right to not issue full or partial refunds if you have cancelled the order after it has been accepted or pre-approved by the Sales team. An order may be subsequently cancelled by 247 Medical Equipment LLC after you have received a confirmation that it has been received by 247 Medical Equipment LLC.

247 Medical Equipment LLC reserve the right to cancel any order, before or after acceptance and will notify you immediately of any such cancellation. The Order amount will be refunded to the original source of payment, which will take place within 15-30 days depending on your bank.

Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account.
  • Then contact your credit card company if you used one, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time required before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us and let us know that you have followed the above recommendations when you contact us.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us first and then send your item to us at our stated address.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should ship your product to us, at the address shown on this website. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless it is tracked.
