  • Carbon Frame–Lifetime Motion Composites warranty the carbon wheelchair frame against defects in materials and workmanship for life. This warranty is limited to the carbon fibre frame, is limited to the first user, and is not transferable.
 
  • Carbon Cross-brace– Lifetime Motion Composites warrant the carbon wheelchair cross-brace against defects in materials and workmanship for life. This warranty is limited to the carbon fibre cross-brace and is limited to the first user, and is not transferable.
 
  • Aluminum Frame– Limited 5 YEARS Motion Composites warrants the Aluminum wheelchair frame against defects in materials and workmanship for five years from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the Aluminum frame, is limited to the first user, and is not transferable.
 
  • Aluminum Cross-brace – Limited 5 YEARS Motion Composites warrants the Aluminum wheelchair cross-brace against defects in materials and workmanship for five years from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the Aluminum Cross-brace, is limited to the first user, and is not transferable.
 

The Details

Motion Composites warranties its Helio C2, Helio C2HD, Helio Kids, Veloce and Apex carbon fibre wheelchairs against manufacturing defects for the product’s life. This warranty applies to the carbon fibre frame and cross brace.

 

 

This warranty does not extend to surface finishes, such as paint, to components attached to the frame, nor to normal wear and tear, such as scratches and abrasions. Only the original registered owner of the wheelchair can claim this warranty, which is non-transferable.
